Fortnite Crew subscribers, mark your calendars, the monthly V-Bucks reduction is landing on June 6, 2026, and it’s going to sting a little.
Reliable Fortnite insider HYPEX confirmed via X that any Crew subscription renewing on or after June 6 will see the monthly V-Bucks reward drop from 1,000 to 800. If your subscription renews before that date, you’ll still pocket the full 1,000 for that cycle.
This follows Epic Games’ broader shake-up of V-Bucks pricing and Battle Pass costs, players are getting less currency for the same real-world spend, though the Battle Pass price has been trimmed to offset things slightly.
What does Fortnite Crew include?
For those unfamiliar, Fortnite Crew is a monthly subscription that bundles the Crew Pack, Battle Pass, OG Pass, LEGO Pass, and Music Pass together. You also get Rocket League’s Rocket Pass Premium thrown in. It’s a decent package, the V-Bucks cut just makes it a touch less generous than before.
Epic had previously confirmed the Crew changes were delayed before HYPEX pinned down the June 6 date.

That depends on how much you’re actually using the included passes. The V-Bucks drop isn’t massive, but it’s a noticeable downgrade for subscribers who rely on them for cosmetic purchases.
