Razer has launched the Huntsman V3 Pro Mini 8KHz, a new compact gaming keyboard designed for players who want fast and precise controls. The new 60% keyboard combines Razer’s analog optical switches with an 8000 Hz polling rate and several features aimed at competitive gaming.
The Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Mini 8KHz uses the company’s second-generation Analog Optical Switches. These switches support Rapid Trigger and allow users to set the actuation point anywhere between 0.1 mm and 4.0 mm. Razer says the switches are rated for up to 100 million keystrokes.

Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Mini 8KHz focuses on speed
The biggest upgrade is the keyboard’s true 8000 Hz HyperPolling support. Razer claims this allows the keyboard to reach 0.48 ms latency, which is designed to help players get faster responses during games.
The keyboard also includes Razer’s Advanced Input Control features. These include Snap Flex, Snap Tap, Dynamic Keystroke, and Dual-Keypress Priority. Together, these features give users more control over how individual key presses are detected and handled.

Razer says its analog optical switches are factory calibrated for 0.1 mm precision and are around 2.5 times more accurate than the closest competitor. Each switch is also individually lubricated and placed over a thick foam dampening layer for a smoother and quieter typing feel.
Compact design with useful features
The Huntsman V3 Pro Mini 8KHz keeps the compact 60% layout, leaving more space for mouse movement. This also makes the keyboard easier to carry to gaming events and tournaments.

The keyboard features a 5052 aluminium top case with a brushed finish, along with doubleshot PBT keycaps designed to resist shine and fading during long-term use.
Razer has also added dual-purpose modifier keys that can work as four-way arrow keys when tapped. Users can adjust the actuation point and Rapid Trigger sensitivity directly from the keyboard and save up to six profiles to its onboard memory.
The keyboard supports Synapse Web as well, allowing users to change settings through a web browser without installing additional software. Settings can be saved to onboard profiles, making it easier to use the same configuration across different computers.
With the Huntsman V3 Pro Mini 8KHz, Razer is bringing its analog optical keyboard technology, fast polling, and competitive gaming features to a smaller 60% design. The combination of adjustable actuation, Rapid Trigger, 8000 Hz polling, and onboard profiles makes it a feature-packed option for players who prefer compact gaming keyboards.
