If you’ve been refreshing every leak thread hoping for a scrap of Spider-Man 3 news, IMDb just gave you one. A fresh page for the game has popped up on the site, and while it’s not an official reveal, it’s the closest thing we’ve had in a while.
What the listing actually shows
Spotted by SpiderManCD on X, the IMDb page names Bryan Intihar and Ryan Smith as directors, the same pair behind the last game. Yuri Lowenthal is listed too, presumably back as Peter Parker again. The bit that’ll get people talking is the status tag on the right: “In Production.” Insomniac hasn’t confirmed that, so take it as a lead rather than a fact for now.
It’s been nearly three years since the last mainline entry, and with Wolverine up next on Insomniac’s slate, fans have had to wait their turn. A previous leak reportedly laid out the order as Venom, then Spider-Man 3, then a new Ratchet and Clank, then X-Men. Whether that’s still the plan is anyone’s guess.
Nothing here confirms a release window or even that the Spider-Man 3 is definitely deep in development. But an IMDb listing with named directors and a returning voice cast doesn’t happen by accident. I’d wager official word isn’t too far off.
