Honeycomb Foxtrot Takeoff Kit brings smooth flight controls, built-in rudder and a flexible throttle system for flight sim fans at $179.99.

The Honeycomb Foxtrot Takeoff Kit is set to give flight simulation fans a simple way to get full aircraft controls in one package. Honeycomb Aeronautical says the new kit is designed to offer smooth and accurate control from takeoff to landing without making the setup too expensive.

The Honeycomb Foxtrot Takeoff Kit will be available from August 31 through the official Honeycomb Aeronautical store and Sporty’s Pilot Shop. It will have an MSRP of $179.99.

The kit includes the Foxtrot Aviation Stick and a separate Throttle Box. The stick uses 16-bit Hall Effect sensors and an advanced gimbal system to provide smooth movement and accurate input. Users can also adjust the resistance of the stick and use it with either their left or right hand.

One of the main features of the Honeycomb Foxtrot Takeoff Kit is its built-in twist rudder. The stick includes a yaw axis, allowing users to control rudder movement without needing separate pedals. This can be useful for gamers who want a cleaner and smaller flight sim setup.

The Throttle Box adds controls for different types of aircraft. It has four customizable levers with detents, along with reverse thrust support, a parking brake, and a dedicated landing gear lever. This means users can configure the controls for both general aviation aircraft and commercial airliners.

The Honeycomb Foxtrot Takeoff Kit also includes several programmable buttons, hat switches, and rotary controls. The interchangeable lever sets and engine switches give users more freedom to set up the controls based on the aircraft they are flying.

Honeycomb will also sell the Throttle Box separately for existing Foxtrot Aviation Stick owners who want to expand their setup.

The Honeycomb Foxtrot Takeoff Kit will start shipping in the United States on August 31 through Sporty’s Pilot Shop, while availability in other markets will vary. Focus Camera will also offer a retailer bundle earlier in August containing the same products, although the items may arrive in separate retail packaging.
