The Transformers Reactivate final trailer has leaked online, more than a year after the game was cancelled.
Splash Damage cancelled the game in January 2025, and a gameplay leak followed shortly after. EnderGuyZV2 has now posted the trailer on X.
A disclaimer at the start says it was an internal trailer with music, made about three months before the cancellation. It may have been used to pitch the game to investors, though that isn’t confirmed.

The disclaimer also says that Transformers Reactivate had been in development as a $70 AAA title for over a year, after dropping its free-to-play live-service roots. It would have had a full story campaign, playable solo or in online co-op.
The trailer shows Optimus Prime landing in New York City and fighting the Legion with ranged and melee attacks. It also features driving in the Nevada desert, Cybertron, and some Decepticon gameplay.
