EarFun Wave Pro X headphones launch at $129.99 with adaptive ANC, dual coaxial drivers, Bluetooth 6.0, Auracast, LDAC, and up to 90 hours of battery life.

EarFun has launched the new Wave Pro X, a pair of wireless headphones designed to deliver better sound, smarter noise cancellation, and long battery life without pushing the price too high. The headphones are now available for $129.99 through EarFun’s official website and Amazon store.

The EarFun Wave Pro X stands out with its dual coaxial driver setup, Qualcomm-powered ANC, Bluetooth 6.0, and Auracast support. EarFun is also positioning the headphones as a strong option for music, gaming, calls, and everyday use.

EarFun Wave Pro X Uses Two Drivers in One Acoustic Design

The biggest change in the Wave Pro X is EarFun’s new Dual-Coaxial Acoustic Architecture (DCAA).

Instead of using two drivers in separate positions, the headphones combine a 40mm DLC dynamic driver with a 10mm LCP driver on the same acoustic axis. The company says this design helps the drivers work together more accurately across different frequencies.

An AI-based crossover system manages the transition between the drivers. This is designed to keep bass, vocals, and high-frequency sounds more consistent instead of making the audio feel disconnected.

For listeners, the goal is simple: stronger bass, cleaner mids, and clearer highs across a wide range of music.

Adaptive ANC Adjusts to Your Surroundings

Noise cancellation is another major feature of the EarFun Wave Pro X.

Its Adaptive Real-time Hybrid ANC system continuously checks the surrounding noise and changes its filtering based on the environment. In louder places such as public transport or busy offices, it can increase cancellation, while quieter environments can use a lighter approach.

The system uses eight microphones for noise detection and voice pickup. EarFun says this setup also helps reduce background noise during calls, including in windy conditions.

The ANC system can also work while the headphones are connected through USB or AUX, giving users noise cancellation even when they are listening through a wired connection.

Qualcomm Chip Adds Bluetooth 6.0 and Auracast

The headphones are powered by Qualcomm’s QCC3095, part of the Snapdragon S3 Gen 1 Sound Platform.

This brings support for several modern wireless audio features, including Bluetooth 6.0 and the Snapdragon Sound technology suite. Compatible devices can take advantage of features such as high-quality wireless audio and lower latency.

The Wave Pro X also supports Google Fast Pair, making initial Bluetooth setup easier on compatible devices.

Another useful addition is Auracast, which allows compatible audio sources to share sound with multiple supported devices. This could be useful for group listening as the Auracast ecosystem becomes more common.

Support for aptX Lossless and LDAC

EarFun has not limited the Wave Pro X to basic Bluetooth audio codecs.

The headphones support aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC, along with Lossless Audio playback. They also carry Hi-Res Audio certification.

For users who prefer a wired setup, USB Audio is supported as well.

Battery life is another strong point. EarFun claims the Wave Pro X can provide up to 90 hours of total playback, helped by the efficiency of LE Audio.

A Practical Choice for Gaming and Calls

The Wave Pro X is not aimed only at music listeners.

An Ultra-Low Latency Game Mode is available through the EarFun Audio App. The company says it is designed to keep audio and video better synchronized while gaming or watching content.

Multipoint connectivity is also included, allowing users to move between compatible devices without repeatedly pairing the headphones.

The EarFun Audio App provides additional controls for adjusting the listening experience, while built-in voice assistant support adds hands-free controls.

EarFun has also focused on comfort, giving the headphones an ergonomic design intended for longer listening sessions.

EarFun Wave Pro X Price and Availability

The EarFun Wave Pro X is priced at $129.99 and is now available through EarFun’s official website and Amazon store.

At this price, EarFun is putting several higher-end features into a relatively affordable wireless headphone package. The combination of adaptive ANC, dual coaxial drivers, high-quality Bluetooth codecs, Auracast, and up to 90 hours of battery life makes the Wave Pro X an interesting option for buyers looking beyond basic wireless headphones.

Whether its new DCAA driver system can deliver the sound quality EarFun promises will ultimately depend on real-world listening, but the specifications give the Wave Pro X a strong starting point in the mid-range wireless headphone market.
