We finally have a name. Bethesda has confirmed that its next Elder Scrolls game is called Elder Scrolls 6: Sentinel.
The reveal came at the very end of an eight-minute video celebrating Bethesda’s 40th anniversary, uploaded to the Bethesda Softworks YouTube channel. There was no trailer and no gameplay, just the title and a short line of text.
That line is cryptic, as you would expect. It speaks of a future that was lost, a victory undone and time scattering through fate. I reckon that points to a story built around prophecy, but that is only a guess for now.

A name with no footage is a small step, but I will take it. Now Bethesda just has to show us something.
