I really hope these GTA 6 prices are wrong
Grand Theft Auto 6 pre-orders go live on 25 June, and if a leaked listing from a Portuguese retailer is somehow on spot, then we might be looking at the most expensive game ever sold.
Five editions, one nasty number
The listing, spotted by The Sixth Axis, shows GTA 6 priced between €89.99 and €199.99, which works out to roughly $103 to $229 once converted. Five separate SKUs appeared, priced at €89.99, €99.99, €109.99, €119.99, and €199.99, all carrying the placeholder tag “RS” and a release date of 19 November.
None of the listings carry official names, so it’s unclear which edition is which. The cheapest is presumably the standard release, with the rest likely covering deluxe content, special editions, or bundles tied to the next version of GTA Online.

A pinch of salt required
Before anyone panics, EU retail prices usually include VAT, and individual shops often mark things up regardless of what Rockstar actually charges.
So this leak isn’t proof of anything definitive. It does suggest, though, that $79.99 might be the floor rather than the ceiling for GTA 6‘s base price.

Rockstar is expected to confirm pricing when pre-orders open on Thursday officially, so the wait for real numbers won’t be long.
