COLORFUL Launches Exclusive Chitu MAG 60 Magnetic Keyboard With Premium Design

COLORFUL has announced the new Chitu MAG 60 Magnetic Keyboard, a special limited-edition model inspired by the Year of the Horse in the Chinese zodiac. Combining premium materials, advanced magnetic switch technology, and traditional Chinese design elements, the keyboard is aimed at enthusiasts, collectors, and competitive gamers.

Only 300 units of the Chitu MAG 60 will be available worldwide, making it one of the most exclusive keyboard releases from the company. The keyboard takes inspiration from the legendary Red Hare horse from Chinese history and features a striking red finish with decorative cloud patterns and horse-themed artwork.

The Chitu MAG 60 uses a premium Alcantara suede top cover that is hand-finished by skilled craftsmen. It also features full-grain leather accents on the sides and a CNC-machined T6 aluminum chassis with a multi-layer anodized finish. Each keyboard comes with a unique laser-engraved serial number and two custom metal artisan keycaps featuring horse-inspired designs.

At the core of the keyboard are the exclusive TTC Year of the Horse White Horse Magnetic Switches. These switches feature a triple-layer acoustic structure designed to provide a crisp and satisfying typing sound. They also use custom rare-earth magnets and are rated for up to 100 million keystrokes. High-transparency switch housings help improve RGB lighting effects, while durable dye-sublimated PBT keycaps enhance durability.

The keyboard is built with a top-mount suspended structure and four layers of sound-dampening materials. This design helps reduce unwanted noise and vibration while creating a more refined typing experience.

For gaming, the Chitu MAG 60 uses advanced TMR (Tunnel Magnetoresistance) sensing technology. According to COLORFUL, TMR technology offers lower power consumption, improved thermal stability, and greater resistance to interference compared to traditional Hall-effect solutions.

Gaming features include a polling rate of up to 8,000 Hz, ultra-low 0.125 ms latency, intelligent anti-mistouch protection, and Rapid Trigger support with precision down to 0.005 mm. These features are designed to deliver fast and accurate responses during competitive gaming sessions.

Users can customize the keyboard through COLORFUL’s browser-based software platform. The web-based interface allows adjustments to actuation points, Rapid Trigger settings, macros, RGB lighting effects, and firmware updates without requiring additional software installation. The keyboard also supports 22 built-in lighting effects, 16.8 million color options, and motherboard RGB synchronization.

The Chitu MAG 60 features a compact 60% layout that saves desk space while maintaining functionality for gaming and productivity. It also supports both Windows and macOS systems.
