Redragon Impactsphere GS818 Brings a Stylish New Look to Desktop Speakers

Redragon has launched the new Impactsphere GS818, a pair of desktop speakers designed to bring better sound and a more refined look to gaming and work setups. Unlike many gaming speakers, the GS818 uses bamboo wood panels and a fabric finish for a warmer and cleaner appearance.

The speakers deliver a combined 60 W of claimed power, with each unit rated at 30 W. Redragon has also included several connection options, making the GS818 suitable for both PCs and other devices.

Each speaker features a 1-inch silk dome tweeter and a 3-inch aluminium cone driver for mid and low frequencies. The system has a claimed frequency response of 45 Hz to 20 kHz.

The right speaker includes built-in power and volume controls on the top. This makes it easy to adjust the audio without reaching for a separate controller, especially when using Bluetooth.

For connectivity, the Redragon Impactsphere GS818 supports Bluetooth 5.3, along with a 3.5 mm audio input. There is also a USB Type-C connection that works through a built-in sound card.

Redragon has added an audio output for users who want to connect an external subwoofer. This gives users the option to add more bass to the setup later.

Compact Design With Bamboo Front Panels

The GS818 takes a different approach to the usual gaming speaker design. Its front panels use bamboo wood, while the speaker cabinets have a fabric finish. The result is a more simple look that can fit into gaming desks, office setups, and other desktop spaces.
