Nintendo accidentally revealed the Ocarina of Time Remake’s price

Nintendo's Australian store briefly leaked the Ocarina of Time Remake price before pulling the listing. Here's what it'll likely cost.

Nintendo’s Australian store just did the one thing every publisher dreads before a big reveal: it let the price slip early.

The listing for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake briefly went live on the Australian eShop before vanishing entirely, but not before Vooks grabbed the numbers. The digital version was priced at $94.95 AUD, which works out to roughly $68.48 USD or £50.62 GBP.

What Ocarina of Time Remake’s price will probably actually be

Those exact figures aren’t likely to be final. Currency conversion rarely lines up with real regional pricing, and the smart money is on $59.99 and £49.99 for the digital edition. Physical copies will probably cost more, likely $69.99 and £59.99, because apparently paying extra for a box is just how 2026 works now.

By the time I checked the store myself, the page was down, and when it came back, the listing had disappeared completely. Classic.

Nintendo will almost certainly confirm the real price at the upcoming Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Direct, which is also expected to bring news on a special edition Switch 2 console and the long-teased Zelda movie. Plenty to look forward to, once Nintendo stops accidentally spoiling its own surprises.
