ACEMAGIC F2A Takes Mini PCs to a More Powerful Level With Intel Panther Lake

Mini PCs are getting harder to describe as simple office machines, and ACEMAGIC F2A is a good example of why.

The company has launched the ACEMAGIC F2A as a compact system built around Intel’s new Core Ultra X7 358H processor. Instead of focusing only on traditional CPU performance, ACEMAGIC is putting AI and integrated graphics at the center of the machine.

The result is a tiny PC that measures only 128 x 128 x 37 mm, but still offers features that would normally be associated with much larger desktop systems.

AI Is a Major Part of the ACEMAGIC F2A

The Intel Core Ultra X7 358H comes with 16 cores and 16 threads and includes Intel’s AI Boost NPU.

The NPU can provide up to 50 TOPS, while the integrated Intel Arc B390 graphics can reach up to 122 TOPS of AI compute. Together with the CPU, the complete system is rated for up to 180 TOPS of AI performance.

That hardware could be useful for users running AI features locally instead of depending entirely on cloud-based services. It also gives the F2A more headroom for demanding productivity and creative workloads.

A Mini PC With Serious Graphics Features

The F2A does not rely on basic integrated graphics. Its Arc B390 GPU is based on Intel’s Xe3 architecture and includes 12 Xe-cores.

It supports ray tracing, DirectX 12 Ultimate, and XeSS, while also providing hardware acceleration for modern video formats such as AV1, H.265, and H.264.

The system can drive displays at resolutions of up to 8K and support as many as four displays, depending on the configuration. For a machine this small, that makes the F2A particularly interesting for multi-monitor workstations and media-focused setups.

The Size Is Still the Biggest Story

What stands out most about the F2A is how much hardware ACEMAGIC has managed to fit into such a small chassis.

At just 37 mm thick, it can easily fit into a crowded desk setup where a traditional desktop would be inconvenient. The company has also avoided making major compromises on connectivity.

There is Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and dual 2.5GbE networking, along with HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort, USB4, USB-A, USB-C, and a 3.5 mm audio port.

The USB4 connection supports transfer speeds of up to 40 Gbps, giving users a fast option for external drives and other accessories.

PCIe 5.0 Gives It Room to Grow

Storage is another area where the F2A goes beyond what is normally expected from an ultra-compact PC.

The Intel configuration includes 32 GB of LPDDR5X memory and a 1 TB NVMe SSD. More importantly, it has two M.2 2280 storage slots, with support for both PCIe 4.0 and PCIe 5.0 drives.

Total storage can reach up to 4 TB, giving users plenty of room for large applications, media files, games, and local AI models.

Built for More Than Basic Office Work

ACEMAGIC is targeting a much wider audience with the F2A. It can serve as a compact work PC, media machine, multi-display workstation, or a system for experimenting with local AI applications.

Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed, while Linux and Ubuntu are also supported for users who prefer alternative operating systems.

The F2A shows how quickly the mini PC category is changing. Instead of simply offering enough performance for browsing and office work, newer systems are trying to combine desktop-class connectivity, modern graphics, AI acceleration, and fast storage inside extremely small designs.

ACEMAGIC has not yet provided pricing details in the announcement, so the final value of the F2A will depend heavily on its retail price and availability.
