AceMagic has officially introduced the new Kron Mini K5 mini PC, bringing Intel’s latest Wildcat Lake processor to a small and efficient desktop system. Designed for everyday computing, office work, media streaming, and light productivity tasks, the compact machine offers modern connectivity and solid performance in a space-saving design.
At the heart of the Kron Mini K5 is the Intel Core 5 320 processor based on the Wildcat Lake platform. The chip features a 2P+4LPE core design and can boost its performance cores up to 4.60 GHz. It also includes 6 MB of L3 cache. AceMagic has configured the processor with a 15W base power rating and up to 35W turbo power for improved performance when needed.
The mini PC comes equipped with 16 GB of LPDDR5-6400 memory and a 512 GB M.2 PCIe Gen 3 x4 NVMe SSD. This combination provides fast system responsiveness and enough storage for daily applications, documents, and media files.
For networking, the Kron Mini K5 supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2, allowing users to connect wirelessly to networks and accessories. It also features a 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port for fast and stable wired internet connections.
Display connectivity is another strong point of the new mini PC. Users can connect multiple displays through HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.4, and a USB-C port with DisplayPort 1.4 support. This setup makes the system suitable for multitasking, office work, and content consumption.
AceMagic has also included a wide range of USB ports. The system offers four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports with speeds up to 5 Gbps, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports with speeds up to 10 Gbps, and a USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type-C port capable of reaching 20 Gbps.
The USB-C port can also accept up to 100W of USB Power Delivery input, allowing users to power the mini PC through compatible docking stations and USB-C power sources. A dedicated DC power input is also available for traditional power adapters.
