Forza Horizon 6 has reportedly been leaked in full after Playground Games allegedly uploaded an unencrypted build to Steam roughly ten days before the game’s scheduled release.
155 GB left unprotected
According to reports circulating on Reddit’s GamingLeaksAndRumours and CrackWatch communities, the full Forza Horizon 6 game, spanning approximately 155 GB of assets, was made accessible without the encryption typically applied to pre-release Steam uploads. Screenshots and at least one YouTube video have since emerged appearing to show the game running from the leaked build.
Playground Games has yet to issue a statement on the matter.

Not the first time
The incident echoes a near-identical situation from March, when Death Stranding 2 had roughly 113 GB of unencrypted files pushed to Steam just days before launch. Pre-release upload processes carry an inherent human element, and when encryption steps are missed, the consequences tend to surface quickly.
There’s no indication the leak will affect Forza Horizon 6‘s launch timeline. The game remains set for a global release on 19th May, so for those planning to play it the right way, the wait is nearly over.
